October is festivals month in La Grange, Texas. The city holds three wonderful festivals that brings in visitors from wide and far. Many travel by RV and travel trailer and find it difficult to find a great place to set up camp for one or more of the festival weekends. If you want to have a great time at one or more of the festivals and enjoy a serene and peaceful location to set up your travel trailer or RV, then look no further than S & H RV Park. We’re located just 6.3 miles away from the festival (see map below).
Set on 31 acres on the outskirts of La Grange off Hwy 2145, you can fish our stocked bass and catfish pond, enjoy usage of our free Wi-fi, picnic under century old Live Oak trees, a take a walk around our premises. Whether bird watching by day, fishing at local Fayette County Reservoir, canoeing the Colorado River or star gazing at night, we are “THE PLACE TO STAY” when attending the festival.
Want to know more about the Heritage Festival & Muziky? It’s a fun-filled annual two-day event that features Czech music and food; demonstrations of wood cutting, blacksmithing, corn shelling, and wine making; and a biergarten. The 2016 festival will be held on Friday and Saturday in October 15 and 16. A spectacular fireworks show marks the end of the Heritage Festival and Muziky event, which will take placed just down the road from our wonderful RV park.
